Free Fitness February - Cardio Workout All Levels

Navigating the free and at home, workout world can be overwhelming. With many videos, instructors, and studios, it often can take longer to pick your workout than actually doing it.

We have partnered with some of the best coaches, trainers, and instructors to provide you a series of free workouts you can stream right from your tv, computer, or iPad to your at-home studio without paying for a thing.

When someone says Cardio workout, where does your mind go? To treadmill classes or cycling workouts? Whether or not you’re able to purchase equipment like that, there are still ways to achieve a cardio workout at home sans equipment. 

Not all cardio workouts are not made the same. Cardio workouts can be achieved in all shapes and sizes and can be a good option if you're short on time. HIIT to LIIT, Tabata, walking, to boxing. Just type in the keyword into your search bar and you’ll be offered thousands of options. But first off—What defines a Cardio Workout? 

Cardio is defined as any type of exercise that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up for a prolonged period of time.

Beginner HIIT Workout

For those who are new to or getting back into HIIT. 

There are five exercises in this workout. You'll go through them in a circuit four times, using an interval structure of 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest.

 

Nicole is a Boston-based fitness trainer with over six years of experience teaching group fitness. She is a NASM CPT and in the process of completing STOTT Pilates Mat certification. Nicole shares weekly workout classes on her YouTube Channel, with additional classes on her subscription service.


LIIT (Low Impact Interval Training)

FOR THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR HIGH INTENSITY BUT joint friendly exercises.

LIT Method, there is no jumping, no running, and no weights. Designed to include a combination of strength training, cardio, and physical therapy. This total body high intensity, low impact workout is 25 minutes long and focuses on cardio and core.

For those who are looking for a full-body boxing workout

For those who are looking for a full-body hiit class.
